Perishable Goods/Items
Meat and Seafood
- Refund
is eligible only for the items which are delivered and found in spoiled or non-consumable
condition by the buyer/consumer.
- The
buyer/consumer should report to the Daybucks support team within 15 min of the goods/items
received.
- The
buyer should send order number, description and picture of the damaged item to the WhatsApp:

- Requests
received shall be processed and order amount shall be refunded within 2-3 business days.
Vegetables and Fruits
- Refund
is eligible only for the items which are delivered and found in spoiled or non-consumable
condition by the buyer/consumer.
- The

received.

by the buyer/consumer.

Non-Perishable Goods/Items
- Refund
is eligible only for the items which are delivered and found in damaged state by the
buyer/consumer.
- The
buyer/consumer should report to the Daybucks support team within 2 hours of the goods/items
received.

- Requests
received shall be processed and order amount shall be refunded within 2-3 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Goods/Items which are delivered correctly and in good condition
are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations
- Orders
can be cancelled only before the dispatch of the Product(s) ordered.
- Cancellations
shall not be allowed once the Order is dispatched.
- Refunds
are provided only for products that are spoiled/damaged.
Important Note
- Post
the time mentioned for specific goods/items refund shall not be processed. i.e., buyer/consumer
should report within the time period mentioned respectively.
- Daybucks
reserves the right to change/amend/add/delete/modify this Policy in whole or in part, at any
point of time without prior reason whatsoever.
- The
buyer/consumer is advised to check for any such change/amendment/addition/deletion/modification
regularly.
- The
buyer/consumer hereby unconditionally agrees to all such
changes/amendments/additions/deletions/modifications.
